Dry / Dehydrated Skin

  • Use hydrating cleansers & ceramide creams.

  • Avoid high % acids.

  • Focus on moisture retention.


Routine:

Morning: Cream cleanser → Hydrating toner → Vitamin C → Rich cream → SPF

Evening: Oil cleanse → Cream cleanser → Hyaluronic acid → Ceramide night cream


Oily / Acne-Prone Skin

  • Use lightweight textures.

  • Include salicylic acid.

  • Avoid heavy oils.


Routine:

Morning: Gel cleanser → Niacinamide → Oil-free moisturizer → SPF

Evening: Foaming cleanser → Salicylic acid → Gel moisturizer


Combination Skin

  • Balance T-zone & dry areas.


Routine:

Morning: Gel cleanser → Vitamin C → Gel-cream → SPF

Evening: Cleanser → Niacinamide → Gel-cream

Normal Skin

  • Maintain balance.


Routine:

Morning: Gentle cleanser → Vitamin C → Moisturizer → SPF

Evening: Cleanser → Hyaluronic acid → Night cream


5. Tips

✔ Always introduce active ingredients slowly.

✔ Patch-test new products 24 hours before use.

✔ Retinol should not be used during pregnancy.

✔ Use sunscreen daily to prevent 90% of premature skin aging.
