Key Ingredients

Lactic Acid (1.5%): A gentle AHA exfoliant that helps improve the appearance of rough texture and dull-looking skin.

Tea Tree Water: Helps refresh the skin and support a balanced-looking complexion.

Apply a few drops to a cleansed face, avoiding the eye area.

Gently massage into the skin until fully absorbed.

Use once daily or every other day, preferably in the evening, depending on your skin’s tolerance.

Follow with moisturizer. Always apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day, as exfoliating acids may increase the skin’s sensitivity to sunlight.

Note that the below timeframes assume that the weekdays listed are not public holidays. Where the order, and/or delivery date is a public holiday, delivery times will be extended.

• Standard shipping below 50£ will be charged with 4.99£

• Delivery between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday

• Order will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

 

2 - Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we would like to help with your return.

Returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Product.

All returned Product(s) must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, and unopened. Any products that are returned damaged, used, incomplete, will not be refunded and will only be returned to you at your request and expense. If your return does not comply with the above terms and conditions, we will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the Product(s).

3 - Other reasons for return 

If you have received an incorrect order, damaged or faulty product or you have experienced an adverse reaction please contact  at serviceanzhelina@gmail.com including your name and order number.

• Avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
• Do not use on broken, irritated, or compromised skin.
• Introduce gradually, especially if you have sensitive skin or are new to exfoliating acids.
• Discontinue use if redness, burning, irritation, or discomfort occurs.
• Avoid using alongside other strong exfoliating acids, retinoids, or active ingredients unless suitable for your skincare routine.
• Perform a patch test before first use.
• Always use a broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day when using exfoliating acids.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
• Keep out of reach of children.
